Didn’t stay, but the beach was nice change of pace. Not a 5 star because we like jumping in and swimming. Beach was too shallow for us, but if you like warmer water and lounging might be a 5 start for you. My experience is that the fishing is better on the other side of the lake.

Visit Amber Lake and you will want to stay langer. Nice cedar trees, open areas for larger groups, beaches. My only gripe about this 5 star site is the water is too shallow and sandy out in front. You must walk out 20 yards before you get to your waist.

Private crescent beach area. Looks to the west. Huge pines are your backdrop. I'm leary of posting this as I don't want the secret out...but others would do the same for me.
