Hey Brux,
How did you end up on the challenge last year? Mine kinda fell apart with the start of the new school year.... My son was buried in homework much of the fall and other life issues got in the way too.
Still, I got a new personal best low overnight temp for winter camping last February - -12! I kinda hope its not that cold when we go back to the same place in February this year. =)

To camp in a tent in a different location each month of the year is a difficult challenge and undertaking. I did this in 2015 and really enjoyed finding locations that I would otherwise have never gone. I ended up with 15-16 months in a row of camping, but 2015 was all at different spots.
My 2016 completed challenge was to read my wife's Book Club books each month of the year... not too exciting, but I read stuff that I would never have selected.
My 2017 challenge starts Wednesday... Cook a Nice Dinner with New Menu Items every month of the year. January is Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf!

Sorry for the late reply! I made it till October and then it fell apart. #4 was born in November (we had a false alarm in October and my wife was all but put on bed rest...) so I made it as far as I could. I may do it again in 2018.
