I use a small plano like pocket case. It can hold a few jigs, a couple of spoons, rapalas etc. It fits in my thwart bag and can also go in my pocket. Thats all I bring. I need to add that fishing is down the list on reasons I go to the BW. If I have time and want fish for dinner-then I fish. I would rather hike, read, take pictures etc while in the BW. I leave the serious fishing to others-I fish for food and a little enjoyment. There have been trips where I do not bring fishing gear.
I like to use a one sided flat tackle box about 9 x 12, and a fanny pack. I also use an under seat storage bag to carry the tackle box and other items like camera, lunch, snacks, and etc... it comes in very handy...

I use a plain clear plastic plano box. The nice thing about these is that they are cheep and you can section them off to get the best use out of the limited space. I pack that puppy as full as I can get it. One thing to consider is hook cover slips for your treble hooks. The first trip I ever took I didn't use them, that would be the last time I made that mistake. There is nothing more aggravating than trying to untangle my favorite lure from a knot treble hooks. Also, a fanny pack is just about your best friend. You can keep your needle nose pliers, jaw spreaders, camera, licenses, and anything else you want nearby for easy access. Another thing you should have if you plan to do alot of fishing is a quality wire snips. If your going to catch alot of fish and land them by hand it's almost a gaurentee that you'll end up with hook embedded somewhere in your hand. W/o a decent wire snips your trip could get complicated rather quickly. Otherwise you could just pinch all your barbs closed. Hope this helps.
