I noted the great day of celebration was posted on the calendar at REI earlier this week while on a shopping mission. Not sure if I am going to get out or not, the moon sure would be pleasant and I need to give my system a permethrin treatment...

I think we should move National Hammock Day to the first full moon in September.

Agree. It was just too blasted hot last night here. I did get the new system I got through this forum, thanks again bmoerke, set up and treated with permethrin, but no hanging in it last night.
