WHAT: MN Fall WingNights 2016
WHEN: September 23, 24, 25
WHERE: Marshiew Group Camp at Baker Park, Maple Plain, MN

IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU ARE INVITED!

*It is a 2 day camp out at a private site, close to Lake Independence, Maple Plain Minnesota. You will not be charged for joining us at the group camp, but we will gladly accept what you can donate to help cover the cost of the site.

*You may arrive anytime on September 23rd. Plan to camp Friday and Saturday with departure on Sunday. You don’t have to camp. In the past many people have come for a day or even a few hours. Whatever time fits your schedule you are welcome!

DIRECTIONS: Google map

*Potluck will be on Saturday afternoon at 4:30pm. – Please bring a dish to share! The variety of food is unbelievable! Many people cook on site. There are no grills. There are fire rings with grates. Bring what you need to prepare your food.

WHAT'S AT CAMP:

*Barn shelter with electricity. (Electricity is not for camper hookup.)

*A water pump is located on site. There is a latrine building without running water.

*Picnic tables, yes. BYO chairs.
*There are showers down the road at Baker Park. They should be open weather permitting.

*LOTS OF BWCA.COM FRIENDS TO SHARE STORIES WITH!!!

PADDLING:
Feel free to bring your canoes or kayaks and your fishing gear. No lake to put in at the site but you can go to Lake Independence to paddle.

HOUSEKEEPING REMINDERS-

*Please Leave no Trace!

*You are responsible for yourself, your family and your guests when it comes to keeping a clean camp. This includes the latrine building and things left (tossed) in the woods.
*Recycling bins are available for all recyclables.

*Garbage cans are on site so you don't need to pack-it-out.

ANOTHER NOTE-
If you are someone who wants to go to bed early or sleep in late, it is recommended you camp away from the fire pits. Socializing tends to go on around the fire pits both late into the night and early in the morning.

RSVP: Post RSVP here please.
We would like a idea on the number of people planning to attending.
How many? Camping or not? What will you bring for potluck?

Feel free to ask any questions if something was missed!

Should be able to make an afternoon this time around. Maybe even a night as well but will see as the event gets closer.

I'm hoping to have these headaches under control by then. If so I will be coming ready to have a great time. Almost ten months of migraine type headaches, I'm ready for this to be over.
