Thanks for sharing. We occasionally forget that fire is a natural part of the sequence of the forest.

Still don't think I'd try this with a kayak though.

Quality Report! The picture of the plane is interesting, but I think that fires burning in the BWCA wilderness should be left to do their work, renewing the cycle of life. In the short run, wildfire seems detrimental, but give it time and everything comes back better than it was. It's all a process that nature needs.
