I spent a few days on Folurtown Lake this last fall and I am interested in Horse Lake as a lake for a base camp next fall....Can this be done or is it restricted and tell me about the lake

You can camp on Horse if you get a permit for entry point #23. However if you get an entry point for #22 you cannot camp on horse. You may just pass through the lake. Beautiful area around Horse. Keep in mind that campsites fill up fast on Horse.
