Was looking for some recommendations on entry points off the echo trail for winter camping for next week. Will be taking a Snowtrekker Tent and stove and planned on staying a week or better. Wouldn't mind moving on a daily basis and doing a loop back to the entry point. Something in the range of forty miles.

I do not ave any immediate recommendations for a 40 mile loop. We usually go in 5-10 miles and set up a base camp, followed by day hikes/skiing.
One point, which you may have already considered: Make sure you give yourself enough time to get back to the entry point if trail/ice conditions change. Depending on conditions you can do a 10 mile treck under ideal conditions quicker and with less energy thn a 3 mile treck under bad conditions. I've literally gone in under ideal conditions only to get rained on right before coming out. It can make a fun trip into a death march if you are not careful (pulling through slush is literally 10x's more difficult compared to a nice "ice freeway').

Good luck and make sure you post a trip report!
