I'm gonna be heading to North Hegman lake at the end of August to check out the picto's. This is only going to be a short sight seeing trip with possible day trips off North Hegman but I believe we are going to base camp there. I have never been to this area before and was hoping maybe some of you could give me pointers of places to check out, cool camps, fishin holes (decent lakes) around that area.

Camping on that lake is not "in stone" so if you have some con's to doing so... let's here them,
