Anybody hanging during this week's rain. If so, how did you do?

(Remember, we need pics or it didn't happen.)

Not this week but last week. We had rain/wind for five days. last Tuesday it started raining at 10:00PM and high winds and thunder/lighting until 3:00AM. I was swinging in the breeze knowing I was safely protected from the rain with my 12x10 CCS tarp. Great coverage compared to my old ENO tarp. Sorry no pictures, only good memories.

I'm still trying to figure out how were going to get to the gunflint area without detouring halfway across the state.

Have you thought about paddling your way up there?

The thought had crossed my mine LOL.

Leaving tomorrow for Grand Marais. Figured we better leave a day early just to be safe and make sure all the roads are passable and those that are not, give us time to re-route.

Look forward to my first REAL hang.

I was up there at the beginning of it, water levels were already way high & we got two really crazy windy thunderstorms. Heres a video shot from my hammock.

Riding out the storm in my hammock
