Hi i'm planing a boundary water trip with the boy scouts 1st time for them 4th for me and is wondering whare to look for imfo. on packs. Like Duluth packs new or used thanks paddler joe

hey , all you have to do is get ahold of the duluth pack store in duluth and they seem to allways have used pack availible at a reasonable price . i think thety still have their consignment board also....something to check out....

If you're not going to do the bwca thing on a regular basis go with a basic Duluth pack, it will work fine.
I reciently purchased a Granite Gear "Great Northen" pack. It is awesome. It is about the same capacity of a big Duluth with a much better suspension system. You can purchase different size packs to attached to an interchangable internal frame.
If you want to upgrade to something you'll enjoy forever look into Granite Gear.
