This photo is not going to help in the usual way as much, but it included to show that there was either a fire or a serious blowdown event on part of this lake at one point. (I am not sure which it is.)
Facing West-ish.

Aaaaand since I am sure some will grumble at my previous clue, here's another.

Facing South.

Looking SW!

This lake has multiple points of egress & ingress...however it is not directly on a route, meaning those who visit really meant this lake as a destination.

Quetico Fishes by E.J. Crossman, published 1976, list 76 lakes with Lake Trout. By my count we've named 15 of them. The process of elimination should start to kick in soon.

Looking North at an old campsite that is likely many years out-of-use on a small island in a back bay.

This lake had three portages in/out, but only two are currently maintained.

Morning folks - let’s wrap this torture up ASAP.

Last photo, facing East.

This lake is Five portages from a Ranger station, and for most that’s pretty close to a full day of travel.

There is one primary, excellent island campsite, and a handful of poor/disused sites.
