Getting my skates sharpened yesterday in Edina...and I met Adam's wife! She saw the Flying Moose on my truck, and we had a wonderful conversation (mostly about hockey injuries) while we waited for our skates to be done.

Cool, I was wondering who she ran into yesterday. Bang, who is a long-time member, might still be playing at around 80 years old. 10 years back he was on a team that won the world senior championship.

Hey Mike, do you happen play hockey in a league around town here? I’m also a Mpls guy sharpening skates from time to time. I play in a Hockey Finder league at Braemar Arena on Sunday nights. Long shot but curious if we’ve crossed paths on the ice.

I've really only skated in Blaine, with very occasional JMS sessions, the last probably five or six years ago. In Blaine I skate the Minnesota Wild Adult League, and a weekly 90 minute pickup with some buddies. Braemar is much closer to me though
