I'm curious if the Wenonah solo portage yoke would fit a Northwind solo seat. I'm assuming they are similar seats, but curious if anyone knows for sure.
I would think it would fit. I would call Piragis in Ely and they should be able to tell you. I had a Wenonah yoke for a sliding bucket seat and found it to be too high. I would have to reach to far to hold the canoe. I bought mine used from them otherwise they are way to expensive. I use the wooden yokes that clamp to the gunwales. You can buy they with the type of pads you like. Wood has some flex in it with is easier on the shoulders. When I had aluminum canoes I replaced the center thwart with an ash thwart. It made the canoe a little easier to portage.
