I'm at my office on Wednesday, catching up on things before I leave for my brief solo trip on Sunday. I am going on at EP 26 Wood Lake on Monday the 10th.

I went to print my permit from the confirmation email I received from recreation.gov. And it's a good thing I did. My permit is actually to put in July 9, NOT July 10. D'oh!

Consequently everything was moved up a day, but I was able to adjust everything to make it work. Close call.

My wrong date booking was for a bunkhouse at Rockwood one time. I checked my email confirmation in the morning before leaving home and to my horror I had a typo that I didn’t catch and I had booked the wrong date. And of course they didn’t have an opening that day. Luckily, I quickly found one at Clearwater before driving up.

Have a great trip. My younger daughter and I spent a few days on Wood at the end of June and had a great time.
