I just got back on Sunday from the greatest paddle sport event. Canoe copia is held in Madison Wisconsin every year and takes up an enitre Exhibition hall. It is put on by Rutabaga in Madison Wisconsin.

It runs three days, has tons of speakers and lots of vendors with company reps to talk about their products. Plus discounted prices on almost everything.

I spent all three days and was never not doing something. I learned alot, picked up a couple of things and met tons of fellow paddlers. Next year it is March 11-13 so start planning now. You do not want to miss it. Copy the link to go to the home page for the show.

i was at canoecopia on friday. i bought quite a few things from varies vendors. i went to buy two custom fit zav paddles but the zav vendor was not there. one of the canoe vendors was selling carbon fiber paddles but not custom fit. had a good time tho. until i went home, got speeding ticket in illinois that cost me $75. oh well.
