Four of us from South Carolina have a permit 6/27 to enter Point 12 (Crane Lake) and exit Point 25 (Moose Lake) 7/2. We only have a short time. Never done this.

Questions:
1. How does this trip sound?
2. Bring our own kayaks or rent from an outfitter?
3. Who are two or three best outfitters to consider renting kayaks and getting transportation from in this area?

Besides already having the permit, this is the start of our planning. Is there anything else?
