I was going to book a trip tonight leaving entry 38 with the goal of going into lake Phoebe. When I was signing up it said Phoebe was part of the blowdown. Is that something to be concerned about anymore? I have heard fishing is good in that area and we thought we would give it a try.

Any help is appreciated.

Blowdown? Did not see any effects as of June last year. Go for it, you will not regret it. The waterfall on the portage between Grace and Phoebe is worth a stop to check out and run your head under.

Went through last year in June and never saw much of any blow-down.

Joy is a great teacher, but so is dispair. Wonder is a great teacher, but so is confusion. Hope is a great teacher, but so is disillusionment. And life is a great teacher, but so is death. To deny yourself any of those in any aspect is not experiencing life totally.
