I found these while wandering through Walmart. I cannot find an internet link for the life of me. They are no doubt a knock off of the ultra-sil sea to summit dry bags. I was skeptical at first but definitely glad I gave them a shot.
They are sold as a 3 pack combo with one 2L (blue), one 4L (red) and one 8L (light green) bag. They are advertised as ultra lightweight, weather resistant and feature roll top closure. Unlike the sea to summit bags which are "silconized cordura" these bags have a polyurethane coating for waterproofing. Seams are double stitched and taped. The best part is the price...all 3 for $9.96...less than the price of the small sea to summit sack.
I tend to be a "get what you pay for" kinda guy and consequently invest in good gear. But for the money I had a hard time passing these up. On a recent trip I used the large one for my sleeping pad, the medium size for our headlamps, spare flashlight, paperback book and a deck of cards, and the small size for toiletries. Granted we had great weather (nothing harsh to really test 'em) but I'm impressed. They are indeed lightweight, and seem more durable than the ultra-sil type bags. I tested them under the faucet and they seem quite waterproof too. For my purposes-organizing within my packs and some additional waterproofing they worked great! Definitely better than ziplocs. The packaging does state "item not intended for submersion" but I tend to try to avoid "submersing" my gear.
I have some granite gear roll top compression dry sacks and some of their "air line" silconized cordura and love them but for the money these outdoor products dry sacks from wally world are a heck of a deal.
if you can't find them at your local store and are interested i could try to pick up a few extra next time i am in the neighborhood.

I saw them last week at Wal-Mart, picked 'em up, held 'em for a few seconds then put 'em back on the rack. I thought they must be junk at 3 bags for $9. Glad to hear they work.
If it weren't for the last minute, nothing would get done...
