Ok,

Had a gear failure on the last trip. I noticed before I left that my Coghlands dry bags that I had for years were ripping apart.

I stopped by Meijer the Night before and found some of the same bags made by Coleman.

They did not last the week. The green velcro strips you see on the side came apart from the bags. They didn't get opened much at all. The adhesive was poor.

At least let them know and see what happens. Link

Is anybody familiar with that "Stoic" brand that's on Steep and Cheap all the time. They have some neat looking dry bags, have a valve to bleed 'em down so they're easier to close when they're full, which could be pretty handy. Anyway, just curious

I just bought the "Stoic" dry bag set. Them seem nice. Light and tough and I like the air valve.

I have my last canoe trip for the year in about a week :( I will be giving them a workout to see how tough they are.
