I few years ago I picked up a used GG 3.5 pack from Beemer. Not sure if he bought it from somebody else or direct from the outfitter but it's silk screened w/Canadian Border Outfitters' logo from who knows how long ago. The pack also has an older Granite Gear logo on it as well.
Anyhow, the pack's obviously been on countless trips and sees use from myself when we go camping for Scouts. It's had many field and home repairs done to it over the years for blown stitching and recently developed a couple tears in the bottom of the bag.
I sent it in a week ago yesterday, they received it Friday. Monday I get a call and they patched the big tear, darned up a few other smaller holes, and restitched all of the critical seams on the pack. I got it back yesterday with a few stickers in the box as well. By the looks of the pack it's ready for a new set of countless adventures.
Thanks Granite Gear!

Big fan of the granite gear! I emailed them the other day about getting some tiny draw cord and cord locks and got a very prompt response from them. I have a couple of their packs and love them-fortunately have never needed repairs or warranty service.

Yep - I blew out some side stitching last season.
I sent my pack to them and it came back shortly, good as new.
I do appreciate the customer service of our local manufacturers.

That's good news! I bought my Superior One last year just because I liked the features. Great customer service when I need it is a pleasant bonus.
I always wondered why somebody didn't do something about that. Then I realized I am somebody. Lily Tomlin
