I have this set on my Christmas list for the inside of my hammock. Looks like it would work just fine. 23 lights, not sure on burn time. Twilights

I've tried light sets like these as Christmas lights at home, but the two AA batteries die very quickly (like an hour and a half) and rechargeable AA's don't seem to have the amperage needed to run them.

Having them inside the hammock or tent sounds like a good idea.

Turn them on when you are in the Hammock with the bug net. I don't see the downside.

If they would build in a solar charger and a photocell so it recharged if left in sun and turned on at night like those yard lights.

Then turn them off when you're settled in. I too love the view of the cosmos in the BW. Spectacular!

Look at the Weight: 2.43 oz that might almost make it worth it for something.

What next? Polar Bear on a sled by fire pit? Penguin on skates down at the boat launch? Maybe we could bring some of the blow up flamingos and wrap them with the lights for a summer theme?

LOL!
