Can anyone ID this canoe? The owner has not yet replied to my email.

'kevlar fiberglass'?? sounds like the owner doesn't know or isn't saying... proceed w/ caution.

Looks like royalex to me, but IDK. You are correct, there is no such thing as 'kevlar fiberglass' lol

I wondered if he meant "Kevlar Flexcore."

Actually, many manufacturers make hulls that are a combination of Kevlar and Fiberglass (Wenonah's Tuff Weave, Bells old Whitegold, and Sawyers Goldenglass layups come to mind)

By looking at it I'd guess Sawyer, Clipper or Wenonah due to the tractor seats and the shape of the hull.

Mark,
I think you were on to something when you suggested Sawyer. Here is a pic of a Sawyer Cruiser Kevlar/FG canoe for sale at Piragis.

I did not know that. Learned something new today :)

It looks like a Clipper Ranger to me. Those look like Clipper seats rather than Sawyer, and they are not wenonah seats.

For the price, it is probably fiberglass. I don't believe Clipper has a fiberglass/kevlar composite. I know mwd1976 is right about Sawyer's goldenglass cause I have one.
