WITH GAITER ON TOP SEAMED INTO THE BOOT GOING UP TO KNEE HEIGHT WITH DRAW STRING-ANYONE KNOW AVAILABILITY ?

LOOKING FOR A RUBBER BOTTOUM AND NOT SO MUCH GAITER THAT IT STOPS BELOW THE KNEE. SEEN A GUY WEARING A PAIR IN A OUTDOOR SHOW.

seems to me there was something like that in the Waterfowl catalog but I couldn't find it in the main catalog online. I'll look again tonite. It had a unfamiliar name that escapes me at the moment.
