Not a lot of outdoor related deals on these sites, but they are deal sites none the less:

Woot Not usually outdoor gear, but a fun one deal til it's gone site.
backcountrygear Sometimes these guys blow everyone out of the water on a piece of gear. (not to be confused with backcountry, another great site already mentioned)

I agree with you oldtown.
STP has been the best online site I have ever shopped. I have had to return two items and have nothing but good to say about them.
My only warning is that some of the stuff they sell is offbrand stuff not up to the highest quality standards, but they will take it back - no questions asked.
They also do not have everything in your size as much of what they sell is yearend closeouts and overstocks. The key is to be patient and then jump on the deal when it is available. I've lost out on some good buys because I waited and they ran out of it when I decided to purchase.
I just bought a Mad River Canoe Horizon 17 in Royalex from them at less than half price off retail for a cosmetic second.

I've been using Sierra Trading Post for a long time and love them. Everything they sell is marked down either a closeout or blemished item. Exactly how I like to shop.

The other nice thing about STP is that they are always sending me e-coupons for 20 or 25% additional discounts. I have gotten many ridiculous deals from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
I've gotten to the point that I rarely bite unless it is less than half price.
Just recently bought a new Primus EtaPower EF stove under $55.
Primus EtaPower EF
Note: the titanium advertised pot/pan/windscreen is incorrect. the pot/pan are titanium non-stick coated to my knowledge. I believe they are aluminum.

Here is a review of some of the sites mentioned on this thread and how they compare on price for a particular piece of equipment.
