I just picked up a Wenonah Spirit II Kevlar for $1700 down at the Wenonah factory sale. Have not used it yet was this a good price and is this going to be a good canoe?

Yes it is a good price and it is a good canoe if you are looking for a tandem tripper. Good all round canoe for 2.

If you want to save some money take your canoe back to the factory and buy a used Wenonah Spirit II from Sawbill Canoe Outfitter for $675.00. I have used and bought things from them for years. You won't be dissapointed. If you want to spend an xtra 1200.00 by all means go ahead.
