I am taking my daughter up to Sawbill for her first taste of the BW for the weekend of Aug 12-14. We will be camping in the campground with a day trip on Saturday going either a little way up Kelso or possibly over to Smoke. My plan is to just go where she wants and pretty much do what she is feeling. I am hoping she gets bit by the BW bug and wants to return with me more often so I would like to have a chance at catching some fish with her too...

that is where you all come in. Every time I have been on Sawbill it has been going in or out on bigger trips. we have sometimes trolled up Sawbill on the way in and usually on the way out we are just hauling to get to ice cream and beer. I have caught a few trolling but nothing that wasn't just dumb luck I guess.

So I am looking for advice on bait/tackle/time/any spots your willing to share. I am usually taking advice on the fishing thing from trip mates, so now that I will be the 'expert' I need some info so I can fake it!

I love helping dads help their kids find fish. My 11 yo daughter and I are leaving soon for our 4th daddy/daughter trip. I think she's more jacked than I am.
