Wana fish for lakers starting june 19 on my way into basswood. coming out of inlet bay. Into bayley bay there is about a l mile long island. Heading west from there toward wind bay, I noticed a pretty straight line of 40-70ft water running adjacent to some 100ft stuff I've heard talk that most laker water is on the canadian dide just curious if anyone has picked up lakers in that area.

I have only caught lakers in North Bay, but I suspect that area of Bayley would hold them.

Bayley Bay has plenty of deep water that will produce Lakers, and large Walleyes.

Ontario personnel talk about lakers in Bayley bay. Like you say TGO it is very deep. I am always in a hurry trying to get further in and never even trolled it. Been tempting and was always going to throw a plug out there and troll last year.

I m thinkn they will b down 50plus ft.

Bayley, Merriam, and North bays all have huge lakers. Better use heavy tackle.
