For all the sweet desert lovers out there, if you have a chance stop at the Pine Cone restaurant. It is located at the I 90-94 and 51 intersection. It is your basic truck stop restaurant, but it has a outstanding desert selection. All homemade, and huge portions. Worth the stop.

Wallee, Thanks for heads up on pie location. Can never turn down a good pie. One of my all time fav's is the Norske Nook Osseo, WI right off I-94 south east of Eau Claire. Norske Nook

Simply the "best" pies. Homemade and big portions. Used to be my out of the way "go-to" place but now even tour bus's stop by. Now they even have a website. Guess the word got out.
