I have a trip coming up over labor day starting at Round Lake and ending in Ham Lake. Any suggestions as to fishing these lakes this time of year? We have a group of 8, with 6 of them being new to the BWCA, hence the easy route over 3 1/2 days which will give us plenty of time to day trip, and get some fishing in.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, even without the color. I can't expect everything handed to me on a plate. Have you tried Mavis lake, just to the east of Missing link?
