I'm headed up to Fourtown Lake on the 27th. Anyone have advice for walleyes on this lake? If not walleye, big sunnies or crappie? I've done well with bass and northern in the past, but would like to catch some good "eaters".

Thanks!

was up there 4th of july weekend, caught plenty of walleyes on plain hook with a leech. my buddy was using jigs (1/8 ounce) and had the same luck. got the majority of them in 6-9 feet of water, might be a little deeper when you're up there depending on weather

Thanks! That's what I was planning on, so I'll give it a shot. Yeah, with the weather the way it is, hard to say how deep they'll be...

Fourtown has some very nice bluegills also, look for them around weeds creeks and islands.
