I've tried using search to no avail.
I wish there were a way to bookmark certain threads in your profile for later reference.

This is what I'm trying to find:

There was a thread on the board about the availability of ground transportation from (I think) Northern Light Lake back to Atikokan.

Anyone who can direct me back to that thread would be most appreciated,

The one I seek was first posted in the last 4-5 months.
And I replied on the thread but searching on my name doesn't work either. :(

After reading back through the last few months of several forums I found what I was looking for.
I didn't write down the link to the thread but I did find the link to the information I was hunting.
Atikokan to/from Northern Light Lake Shuttle

I've always searched for topics on here by using Google and writing in the topic and then BWCA after it. I've had pretty good luck with finding things that way.

I always try a keyword search, type in my name and a key word that was in that post - in this case, maybe "Atikokan shuttle". Works for me, although I do have to dig around a little

You don't need to write a link down. When you are reading a thread you want to reference, just click "favorites" on your menu bar and choose "add to favorites" from the drop down menu. You can also rename it if you want and can organize your favorites from the drop down menu from favorites.

If you saw how much stuff I have bookmarked in my favorites you'd see how tough even that stuff is to find again. And I even have it saved in folders and sub-folders by topic. LOL

I hear ya! I need to clean mine out, too, but the task seems overwhelming . . . :).
