Hello all I am working on a trip for next year already. Last year I went in on Snowbank lake and I really didn't care for it to much to much traffic threw that area.. I am looking for a little help with an entry point on the west side that is not busy and a trip I can stay away from people. The reason I bring this up is I am coming from North Dakota and want to keep the driving faster then going back to seagull lake even though I love that lake.. Thanks in advance for your help

The EP's I would suggest for less traffic are both really tough.

First choice would be Angleworm Lake. It starts off with a 2 mile portage so it sees little traffic.

Second choice would be Stuart River with a mile and a half portage and a river susceptible to trouble in low water it also sees less traffic.

I figured I better put some more info on here then what I did at first.. My six year old will be coming with so The two mile portage not a good idea but sounds fun for me some time.. I was thinking lake Isabella, Mudro Lake or Kawishiwi lake.. What is there for camping and fishing and loops to be made in three days..
