Remembering an island on Basswood we called Mouse Island. Is there a repellent that would work to use on tents and bags? (And not attract bears?)

Your first suggestion wouldn't have had a chance. (Cute though)
Anyone with experience on the second?

Put your food in a Tidy Cats box. My suggestion.

I know for storage of tents we used to use moth balls at the Boy Scout camp I worked at. They work great to keep the mice away although I'm not sure about if they would attract bears though.

Mouse repellant is like bear mace , but in much smaller cans ! Hard to use when they charge you. Make sure you are up wind.

In our camper we go to menards.com and get fresh cab. We have used it for years now, and have not had a mouse. Best deal it smells like cedar !
