I'm a creature of habit. I always start in the Gear forum and from there move through Listening Point, Recipes, Solo, and Hanging in that order. What's your "entry point"?

Does anyone know how to rearrange these on your page?

Funny question.... but I ALWAYS start at the bottom and work up.
I guess I always have to be different.

Top to bottom like several others. Trip Planning forum is first because that is usually where people are asking for help/advice. Then it's the Gear forum for same reason.

After that I view the other forums for my personal enjoyment.

Photography. first ...then Listening Point ...then others

A typical visit is Gear, Listening Point, Photography. When I have more time I hit those three then Fishing Forum, Trip Reports and Edged Tools. Should start spending time in other areas - don't know what I'm missing.

Usually start at the bottom and work my way up. If I'm really pressed for time I go For sale, Solo Tripping, Listening point.

My patrols are random :-)

First thing I do is look at the private forums I belong to. Then I go up to the classifieds. Then to recipes. These are usually quick reads before I go to the top and work my way down through the more popular forums. Oh, and I scroll down and go from oldest to newest. I guess I have a pretty particular order of business.

trip planning first. That is where people talk about the bwca. I enjoy the responses from members, they can be very informative. Then listening point, to see what people are talking about.

My browser or whatever sends me to Listening point first from there I'm all over the place.

Listening Point, Gear, For Sale, then where ever the mouse leads me.

Every few weeks I check Quetico...even less, Fishing.

I always hit the gear forum first. I like to know all the new things I need.

It varies sometimes top to bottom, other times bottom to top. Or other times I go randomly to areas.

First the gear forum, then Quetico, Listening point, Wabakimi, Woodland Caribou, solo forums....

Trip Planning, Gear, Listening Point, For Sale, Solo, Hanging & then look to see if anything has been updated that day.

4. Roaming

Bottom to top on ones with unread posts but before I reach Listening Point I skip up to the top and work my way down again, saving Gear and Listening Point for last (they're always the most active forums, it seems).

I used to open them all at once in tabs, but that wouldn't preserve the all of markings for unread threads. (And I do wish that upon opening a thread, it would jump to the first unread post... especially when you're away for a day or so and there are hundreds to comb through...)
