Or anybody else...
We had tagged this plant as posion ivy on our recent trip in Michigan, but after finding this one with what looked to be a flower stem I'm not so sure. Notice the cluster coming up from behind the front & center leaves...
Either way, we told the boys to keep away from ones looking like this, just in case.

I agree with the ID that cinna posted above. It is Jack-in-the-Pulpit with developing green fruits, and will eventually ripen as red berries.
Here is a link to some photos and information that I have posted at another site:

"Said one of these men, long past seventy years of age: 'I could carry, paddle, walk and sing with any man I ever saw. I have been twenty-four years a canoe man, and forty-one years in service; no portage was ever too long for me. Fifty songs could I sing. I have saved the lives of ten voyageurs. Have had twelve wives and six running dogs. I spent all my money in pleasure. Were I young again, I should spend my life the same way over. There is no life so happy as a voyageur's life!'"

I have many of these plants growing in my backyard woods. Every year the same one sprouts in the middle of my lawn. I try to mow around it but somehow it gets chopped off every year. They are cool plants.
