Who in the comic strip had a rain cloud over head always? Was it Linus. Anyway this rain this weekend up north reminded me of some friends anytime they go camping they the weather goes bad. It will snow wind will blow etc. Now if you are on any extended trip you will get variety, but some if they go it will be windy, wet or cold or all of the above. Are you MR.,Miss,Mrs. sunshine or do you seem to bring the dark cloud with you. We were lucky this last trip the wind was to our back all the way to our Quetico destination and all the way out. We did get a couple windy wet days camping so I guess I am a partly sunny person(kind of matches my personality I guess?).

Actually people who go with the flow the sunshine will always shine. You just accept the situation. Sometimes it is just nice to sit in the tent and watch the rain run off the tent. The simple things are enjoyable at times.

I'm pretty sunshiny. I don't mind the rain. Wind is okay as it blows the bugs away. Cloudy days are good for napping. And if the bass aren't rising, they soon will be!

A Peanuts character with a personal a cloud was Pig-Pen. It was a dust cloud around his feet.

Weather does not tend to get me down. However, extreme weather such as several days in a row of strong winds that could keep me camp-bound might tend to irritate me. After all, it's a 4,000 mile round trip for me.
