It has been said by others here that rules, regulations and suggestions of etiquette only go so far. That there are always people that are either too numb or simply don't care. With this in mind I wanted to share a story I found amusing. This is from the outdoor page of the Star& Tribune.
Conservation Officer Aaron Kahre spent most of last week patrolling Lake Minnetonka. Last weekend, he watched four men in a boat for about half an hour. Three of the men were fishing. When Officer Aaron checked the fishermen, the only man in the boat that had a fishing license was the one who was not fishing.
