Thank you so much for coming to my aid in Duluth as I needed a driver after surgery. Not only that but he put me up as I didn’t snap outta the funk at all last night as I usually have. His gracious wife also came to bat in care as she is a nurse by trade, and a good one at that! Wonderful couple who compliment each other in their hospitality. I’ve been blessed by members here coast to coast and it really is a testament what kind of community we have here.

Love you all!!!

Always heartwarming to hear of good Samaritans who serve as ' other' Christ's among us. Hope you have a speedy, full recovery Ben.

Linden Tree has always been at the top of my list that I like to hear from on this board. I think we have a lot in common and you can always see his passion for others.

Prayers for you, Ben, as you recover. I have never heard of fusing a wrist, but if it works for you that will be great! And always a blessing to have a friend who will help out in time of need.

I am also going to be having a fusion, C4/5 and C5/6 in my cervical spine, next Tuesday. So our bones can be "fusing" at the same time--hopefully with great success all the way around.

Thanks for the kind words Ben, it wasn't like the first time, when I signed you out of the hospital without ever having met you yet. My RN wife had no intention of letting you drive after she saw how the anesthesia was affecting you. Glad we did not have to kidnap you and lock you up in the bedroom, with our guard dogs standing outside the doorway.
Have a speedy recovery, Ember/pup and I are hoping to catch back up with you in Arizona this winter.

Linden

Ben, glad that you found someone as nice as yourself to take care of you.

Lindentree, being as nice as Ben is high praise in my book.

Hey Ben, if you need a helper when you get home I'll go see that waitress in Fresno. I think she took a liken to you!!
Doesn't surprise me at all about Linden and his wife, after all Ben you are in the fire family.

Ben, Hoping for a quick recovery, because of course you are strictly following all the Doctor and Therapy orders!
Linden and Krista, Thanks for being such good care givers to our friend!
I read this thread and it made me smile - with all the "ick" in the world right now - you all made my day. Thanks!!
