01/24/2015 11:34PM Glad to see you caught a nice pile of whitefish. With all the outdoor shows on TV you never know which ones or to what extent they are staged. Some of them seem pretty honest while others seem too good to be true. Thanks for sharing your experience. |

01/23/2015 08:26AM Thanks for the report. That's about how I expected it to go. Lots of time spent otherwise when you could be fishing. Glad to hear you guys got into some fish though and I would have done the same thing. Stay away from the cameras and keep on fishing! We're hoping to make it up to that general area still this winter for some ice fishing. We're moving back to IA in the spring so we're trying to cover some WI bucket list items while it's still winter. Any suggestions? Any of these areas we could get to by walking/driving ourselves? |

01/23/2015 06:40AM Thanks for sharing! It will be interesting to see how that show turns out. You are my kind of person........... I'm going to stay over here catching fish while the rest of you waste time with the camera crew :) |

01/22/2015 09:38PM Very interesting. I can see your point about the film crew. Sounds really cool but in reality a distraction. I am wondering what you do with whitefish. I've only had them smoked. |
