02/02/2013 07:32AM Thanks guys. If I have the chance to do this route again, I would slow down a bit. Could have spent more time on Winchell and climbed the cliffs on the south end. Probably visit Vista Lake. Not sure I would camp on Gaskin again given the nicer sites on Winchell and Horsehose. Really cool area. |

01/18/2013 09:16PM Nice report. I just did the same trip except I went from Omega through Henson & Allen to Horseshoe. I took my time and laid over, explored a little, and just soaked in the beautiful weather and fall foliage. |
