12/30/2007 10:21PM I was actually calling about one of those anoraks, but he was out of them until next week. I ended up not going up that way anyhow this past weekend so it worked out well in the end. Chuck, I wear the wool blanket shirt that I made at the symposium all the time-it is great. It is quite simple compared to the ones that they make, but still works as well. |

12/27/2007 05:39PM I stopped by Kevin's place in Duluth on my way to Isabella on 12-14-07 around noon but no one was at home or his shop. I was going to ask him about the forum and I was going to pick up one of his wool blanket shirts. I already have one of his anoraks with the fur ruff and his Jackpine vest. Chuck |

12/27/2007 03:14PM I talked to Kevin Kinney from Empire Canvas today, he said that his site software is nearly finished, they just need some more time to get everything programmed. I guess they have been having aheckuva year! That says a lot for the winter camping sport and their products too. |

12/11/2007 01:20PM Another winter camping forum is on-line, but it isn't completely set up yet. The site is by Harlan who set up solotripping.com. This site is Wintercampingforums.com Also, Empire Canvas appears to be in the process of setting up a forum The Traditional Winter Camping Online Forum This one isn't up yet, but will be snowtrekking.com when it's up.
