Just finished putting this together.

Used a 10' long x 16" wide blank of UV resistant UHMWPE with approximately a 2' curl at the front. Cut it in the coffin shape, using walnut cross pieces with stainless steel screws. 1/4 rope & had dicecupmaker fashion a leather harness complete with awesome artwork.

Let it snow!!!"

Very nice TB! How thick was the blank? Did you have any trouble getting it to curl? Use a heat gun or something or just manpower? I have 10x18 blank, 3/8 thick of the same stuff, just never got around to putting it together last year.

Pretty fancy! You probably shouldn't even bring it outdoors!

It's was a 1/4 inch blank.

No trouble putting the curl in. This stuff flexes pretty decent. Getting the rope lengths equal on both sides of the curl was the biggest challenge.
