I was wondering if a person can upgrade the number of people listed on a permit.
I have a permit for 3 people and one canoe, Is it possible to add another canoe & 3 more people on the same permit.
Just wondering???

The fee for your group will be re-calculated based on the size of your group when you pick up your permit. You however are still limited to the max of 9 people and 4 canoes.
