Camp Notes: Beautiful beach landing which is also great for swimming. Large open campsite with plenty of tent pads, shade trees and a nice tree with bear markings all over it to hang your food bag. Overall very nice campsite!

Camp Notes: Probably our favorite campsite of all our trips. Big sandy beach with plenty of room for tents or hammocks. Fishing was good but not great while we were here.

Camp Notes: Beautiful, spacious campsite with several tent pads and hammock hangs that are spread out throughout the site so everyone will have a feel of privacy. There is a sand / gravel beach that spans the entire perimeter of the peninsula, so landing is a breeze and due to the gradual slope of the lakebed, anyone can easily swim. Site is high demand so firewood will have to be collected elsewhere and canoed in. The only drawback to this site is that the fire grate area is not really covered so you are exposed to sun and rain there. However there are other areas that offer decent tree cover. And the fire grate area is covered and grass and has a "grassy meadow" feel to it. Head to the beach for some beautiful sunsets or even for just a good view. Very close to Eddy Falls (sit in the bathtub!) and Sema Lake which "fish in a barrel" trout fishing.

Camp Notes: This campsite is amazing. The only thing that holds me back from giving it 5*s is the weather/bugs we had, and I'm not sure thats fair, so I am going to give it 5. Perks of the site: -Large Campfire/Sitting Area -Sandy, gravel beach. Perfect for swimming. -You're on Knife Lake. -There is a path that leads to rocks that are great for fishing with slip bobbers, hanging out and escaping the bugs. -It is a very large site. We easily fit 9 people in 5 different tents. -There are berries in the site. We found raspberries and blueberries. -There are many day-trip spots you can go to from this site (Eddy Falls, Wisini etc.) Cons -It is bear territory, if that worries you. -Hard to find a good pack-hanging tree (unless we missed something obvious).

Camp Notes: This is a great campsite with many desirable features. The most desirable is the fact that the site is located on a sandy point, and a beach wraps around the entire point. It is also fun to hike back to the rock formations to the southeast, where you can find terrific scenic views of the surrounding area. If you can get this site, take it!

Camp Notes: Love this site! Great beach landing and great for swimming on a hot August day! Several tent pads. Shade trees and a huge birch for hanging pack. Kid friendly spot. Also saw rabbits, and the usual chipmunks & squirrels. Great star gazing as well. Stayed here an extra day due to white caps in our face. Paths leading back to several fishing spots from shore.
