Much to my surprise, as I walked the aisles of Canoecopia 2012, there it was... shining like a beacon...

But then, with the speed of the camera lens, catching Bogs at just the inopportune moment, he appears to be sleeping during Jerry's concert on Sunday morning. He wasn't, but it sure looked like it in this photo.

It's only a spot on the map... until you go there.

That Camp Coffee song left him a little weepy.

I believe he was the poster boy for "Too Tired to Light a Fire" or even to listen to it.

Must've been my long intro to one of my songs.

But since we're showing embarrassing pics of bogwalker, here's a recent one of he and Howard Sprague testing a tent set up and an old school pfd in their room at the Clarion.

(bogs, that's what you get for falling asleep at my show!)

We all have to believe in something. I believe I'll go paddle.

This was at Sunday's performance of the One Match Band.

And......Just to clarify I was not sleeping, I just rubbing my eyes after staying up way too late for the second night in a row after helping Old Scout package much needed BDB's, sitting and having a drink with numerous folks in the Clarion Lobby and the a few drinks after that at Izzy and Suncatchers Party Palace. I finally got to bed at 1:30 and this was Daylight savings time night which meant it was 2:30.

In some ways I am glad Canoecopia only comes around once a year.

(Watch your back Jackfish :-) )

If you'll notice, that pfd is a Stohlquist. Trip report forthcoming.
