Jack Links makes and sells a "buffalo chicken" Jerky. A little powdery but not bad. For us Buffalo wing nuts, might be worth the weight. Also, I noticed Culvers now carries packets of Franks Red Hot Sauce. Both shall be coming with me this June.

Nachos! Sheet of tin foil over the fire grate, lay down some chips then layer cheese, repeat until about 3" thick. These make a good first night treat because the chips shouldn't have turned to powder yet.
