I was wondering what is the deepest water you found on Badwater, Omeme, and Cub?

Walllee

Badwater is very deep (for shield lakes) at a consistent 65 ft range. This depth is main channel for almost the entire length of the lake. It has lots of good structure as well. Email me if you are interested in details.

Omeme is essentially two lakes - with eastern end at about 25-35 (also lots of good structure) with a very shallow rock flats in the center and another deeper west end at 30-35 ft.

Cub is shallow at 18-28 ft. The first bay before the island pass is chock full of weed beds and the larger body is somewhat deeper and fewer weeds. I have only trolled the perimeter of the larger body so I don't know the depth of the center of the larger body. We catch so many fish in the first bay before the island pass we rarely get out into the larger body.

Yes it did arrive. It gave me the info that I was looking for. I think we will base camp on Omeme , and fish Omeme and cub hard for walleyes. We want to hit Bear pelt also, at least for a day. Thanks again for all your valuable information. It will save me much valuable time. You pin pointed everything superbly , and I am sure we will have success. I did promise my buddy a few hours on Bee.... He has never caught a truly big Northern, but I think he will. Thanks again. I will contact you when we get back. I hope I can get you some hot coordinates for Bear pelt and maybe some new spots on the other lakes.

Lee,

Am glad it was helpful. Best of luck to you on your trip.

Cub is also full of big pike. Here is one from 2 years ago. The boy had never caught anything but a 10 inch bass before this trip.
