Ok,

Used 90/10 ground beef that I dehydrated about a week ago. Monday I re-hydrated it and put it in with a Velveta Skillet Meal and it was really good. More importantly the kid went for it.

Nice. How many servings are in that skillet meal? I could add the hamburger after making the rest of it, right? (I have some freeze dried burger that I could re-hydrate separately...and one kid that won't eat hamburger)

Edited to add: It's about 5 one-cup servings. The provided link was handy. :)

You can always cook the pasta separately, but maybe to heavy on the cheese without the meat to absorb some of it.

Yeah, sometimes I pull my hair out trying to come up with dehydrated meals that my grandsons like to eat. I'll try this one. Dehydradted hamburger is one of my specialties.
