Heading into John Lake, maybe East Pike, West Pike this weekend. Anyone have a recent report on fish in these lakes?

I will be entering Pine this weekend. Hope the water is lower this year. Last year we went to Pike and only caught small smallies and a few walleyes.

Maybe I'll see you up there. I'll be the one at the entry trying to get two little boys to calm down enough to paddle into John without falling in. I've heard benadryl can help but my wife won't let me try ;).
